A Harvard-educated lawyer with a degree in Health Sciences, I am an active mother of three and someone who treasures human connection above all. I found my true calling in coaching and training, using powerful tools based on Mental Fitness and Emotional Intelligence.
My professional journey started in prevention of women trafficking from Moldova, and I went on to work in competition law at the Brussels and Stockholm offices of White & Case, and later at the Swedish Competition Authority.
Using my own experience of working in high-pressure environments, while also being a parent and spouse to another highly driven professional, I have dedicated the second part of my career path to identifying and experimenting with practical tools that allow high-achieving professionals to combine, excel at and enjoy their different roles in life.
My greatest reward is seeing my clients re-discover what brings them the sense of joy, fulfillment and purpose and learning to ‘trim their sails’ so as to steadily move in that direction. My favorite challenge is helping others identify and pursue the opportunities embedded in their most complex challenges.
